Highlights
Raised $400K (SAFT) + $100K in grants (Cyberport, InvestHK) and secured CityU HK Tech 300 investment support.
Onboarded 50+ artists; launched releases on Polygon & Solana.
Led partnerships, ops, and product strategy for a decentralized record label marketplace.
It taught me the core truth I still use today: taste matters, distribution matters more, and shipping is the whole game.
